Detailed assistant support

My experience with Time etc for project management support was quite thorough. The onboarding process was clear, and I appreciated being able to interview a few assistants before making a choice. My chosen assistant was excellent at breaking down tasks, tracking progress, and communicating updates. They helped organize a complex project timeline, ensuring all deadlines were met. Communication was prompt, and they used my preferred tools without any issues. It really helped free up my time to focus on other core business activities. Billing was straightforward, and I found the hourly rates competitive for the quality of service provided.

Really helpful for my business

So I tried Time etc for some social media stuff and it's been pretty great. My assistant got my posts scheduled and even helped with some content ideas. It's nice to have someone just take care of it, you know? Definitely made my week easier.

Good service, minor hiccups

I hired a virtual assistant for administrative support and overall, it was a positive experience. The assistant was proficient with email management and calendar scheduling. I did notice a slight delay in response time on a couple of occasions, which wasn't a huge deal but could be improved. The value for the monthly cost feels fair, though.

Worth the initial offer

I decided to try Time etc because of their introductory credit offer for new clients, which made it a low-risk option. I used it for some research services and general administrative support. The assistant was competent, and the tasks were completed efficiently. I felt like I got good value for what I paid, especially with that initial discount. It felt like a worthwhile investment for my small business.

Consistent quality, reliable service

I've used Time etc for almost a year now for various tasks, mostly lead generation and data entry. This latest experience was as smooth as ever. My dedicated assistant is really familiar with my preferences, which saves a lot of back-and-forth. It's why I keep coming back – the consistency is there, and I don't have to retrain someone new every time. It's a reliable service I can count on.

Life-saver for my schedule!

Wow, I absolutely loved my experience with Time etc! I got a virtual assistant for calendar management and appointment scheduling, and it has totally transformed my week. Everything is organized, and I'm not missing a single meeting. The assistant was super quick and understood exactly what I needed. I'm telling everyone I know about this service – it's just so good! I'm definitely going to continue with them!

Thinking of switching from Fancy Hands. How does Time etc compare on quality of assistants and turnaround time, especially for research tasks?

C Cody Y. 1 month ago
I used Fancy Hands for a bit too. Time etc feels more premium, the assistants are definitely more experienced and US-based. Turnaround for research is usually pretty quick if you give clear instructions.

Yeah, much better. Belay is probably their closest competitor in terms of quality but Time etc often feels more flexible. I've had really good experiences with their research tasks, always detailed.

Hey, wondering if anyone's had good luck with the free trial? Is it actually useful or just a tiny taste that doesn't really let you try anything?

M Mike Okafor 2 months ago
Yeah, it's pretty good. I got a decent amount of hours, enough to get a few small tasks done and see how the communication worked. Definitely worth doing to check it out.

I think it's enough to get a feel. They usually give you some credit, not just like 30 minutes. I used mine for some email sorting and it showed me how much time I was wasting.

can you actually interview your assistant before committing? I've had some bad experiences with VAs just assigned to me.

A Andre H. 1 month ago
Yep, you totally can. That's one of the things I liked most about them. You get to talk to a few and pick who you think is the best fit.

Definitely. They let you interview to make sure you click. It's not just a random person they assign, which is a huge plus.

Are there any current coupon codes floating around for new users? Or is it all just the introductory offers when you sign up?

K Kate Ito 2 months ago
Nah, I've never seen actual coupon codes for them. It's always an intro credit or a special deal when you first talk to them or sign up. They don't do those public codes much.

You'll get an offer for sure, usually a free task or some hours. Don't waste time looking for a random code, just go through their sign-up process.
